Maths
We have been looking at length. We have been learning to measure using the words taller, shorter and longer. We have measured using cubes and paper clips. We used play dough to create longer and shorter objects. We created videos in the playground using the App 'chatterpix' to find objects taller and shorter than us. We also went on the computer and had a go at measuring objects using the language we learnt. This is a video we used to help with our Measurement learning.

Happy Mother's day!
We celebrated Mother's day by making our Mum's tea cup biscuits, paper flowers and wrote special stories about our Mum's. We had a lovely morning with the Mum's coming in to receive their special gifts. We also sang them a song we had been practising! Check out our photos!

Week 3
We started off the
week by making Anzac biscuits. They tasted delicious!
Did you know the original ANZAC biscuit was
known as a wafer and was part of the rations given to the soldiers
during World War 1. They were given them instead of bread because
they lasted a lot longer.
